The Sales Department receives the customer's RFQ, the Project Leader deals with feasibility analysis, the Industrialisation Department creates the Master PCBs, and the Programming Department, together with the Purchasing and Procurement Department, manages incoming materials and production within the set deadlines (2-3 weeks).
