Production process

 
  • Production Order Preparation
    Material that is incoming or in stock in the warehouse is managed through barcode reading, offering traceability and identification. Materials with a short shelf-life are managed according to the FIFO system.
  • Automatic PCB feeding separators 
    These exclude the contamination of manual handling, speeding up PCB transit
  • Screen printing with two-dimensional inspection of the welding paste
    These exclude the contamination of manual handling, speeding up PCB transit.
  • SMD component assembly through 2 Pick&Place lines

  • Intelligent feeders
    when preparing a reel, these provide accurate, quick management and reliable identification through the Pick&Place machine.
  • Recasting oven
    with 8 zones + 2 cooling ones, offering repeatability, reliability and the definition of suitable welding profiles
  • SMT (surface mount technology)
    Mounting with SMT technology, managed with two lines, is carried out in an air-conditioned area, using high reliability and latest generation equipment.
  • AOI SMD (Automatic Optic Inspection)
    This offers high resolution inspection and quick positioning, of the welding joint quality and of the wording on the component. Any faulty boards are inspected by an appointed operator for touch-up.
  • PTH (Pin Through Hole)
    Traditional PTH (Pin Through Hole) components travel through a closed line comprised of 4 assembly benches, one Double Wave welding unit.
  • AOI PTH
    Where necessary, the boards go through optical inspection of the PTH components, verifying the presence of terminals and the quality of the welded joint.Any faulty boards are inspected by an appointed operator for touch-up.
  • Testing
    Both In Circuit and functional tests are conducted on both automatic loop lines and on Stand Alone machines.
  • Assembly
    Mechanical assembly is carried out at product-dedicated workstations, in U-work cells to guarantee greater flexibility.
  • PROCESS QUALITY AND CONTROL
    Department dedicated to controlling incoming and outgoing materials with due segregation of non-compliant products in “jail”. NCs are managed and collected with a QualityWare application.
  • DATA STORAGE
    The test data duly collected in DataBase (CTRNet) provides information to the repairs area and manages the preparation of reports required for the aggregated data analysis.
  • ESD PROTECTION
    Acceptance of materials, warehouse, production area and repairs area, are EPA areas where personal devices are implemented against ESDs. Boards are handled in conductive cassettes and racks.
