To make it easier to achieve these goals, the company’s management has determined and mapped corporate processes, identifying how they interact and work in the context of a quality management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.
It defined a set of goals for the processes, with designated indicators that guarantee the relative monitoring, a basis for assessing the periodic review of the current corporate strategy and the identified quality system (whose constant improvement is a specific commitment for the company’s management).
The results achieved by the company and the performance of the indicators are disclosed to all members of personnel, whose collaboration and motivation is regarded as a primary element for the profitable development of the company.
This quality policy is made available to all interested parties deemed to be relevant to the system: shareholders, customers, suppliers and employees.
